​Monika’s creative journey began with training in make-up artistry and work in television before moving to London, where she quickly found her place within the creative world of hairdressing.

Following intensive professional training, combined with a natural eye for colour, proportion and personal style, she progressed from trainee to Senior Hairstylist and Colourist.

With over 20 years of experience in the hair, beauty and image industry, Monika has worked in prestigious salons across Surrey and London, including Chelsea and Belgravia, looking after a diverse and discerning clientele that has included celebrities and a member of the Royal Family.

Her creative work extends beyond the salon. Monika has assisted with and art-directed numerous photoshoots and short films, as well as working internationally. In Los Angeles and Singapore, her experience has included hairstyling, make-up and fashion styling for film, with one production also featuring her own fashion designs.

Driven by her passion for creativity and personal image, Monika later pursued another of her ambitions, studying Fashion Design in London. Her design education further developed her understanding of colour, proportion, silhouette and individual style — knowledge she continues to bring to her work with hair and image today.

This combination of hairdressing, colour, fashion, make-up and image consultancy gives Monika a distinctive approach to her clients. She looks beyond a haircut or colour alone, considering the individual as a whole — their features, colouring, personality and lifestyle.

For Monika, beauty is not about changing who someone is. It is about recognising what is already there and bringing out the very best of it.

She doesn’t simply make her clients feel beautiful — she helps them see the beauty that is already their own.
